God has granted me another week of "healing progress" for which I am grateful. My peek flows testing (breathing capacity) continues to be on the upswing, in fact much higher than before and my oxygen saturation level is staying in the zone where I need to be. 

Exodus 15:26c ... "for I am the Lord who heals you." 

I recognize any progress is from Him for which I am very thankful.

I had a good week of running - well walk/run where I run until my oxygen saturation level drops to the cut off point and I back off and walk until I recover. I enjoyed a walk/run with my friend, Bruce Penn, with Dr. Feibelman, and with Jan. Jan and I actually covered ten miles on Friday in our training for the Disney Marathon. Since a number of people have expressed interest in joining us at the finish in line and in support our effort we are forming a team. You can see the details by clicking  on the link below.
